Frequently Asked Questions
Get clear answers to the most common questions about your dental journey
Are your prices more affordable than in the United States?
Yes, our prices are over 50% more affordable than in the United States. We accept cash and credit cards.
How does the transportation service from the border work?
We pick up patients directly from their hotel in El Paso, TX, on the day of their appointment and take them to our clinic in Juárez, MX. For the return trip, the patient will be dropped off on the Mexican side of the international bridge. Our driver will cross the border using a specialized lane that avoids the long 2-3 hour queues and will be waiting for you on the American side after you cross. The walk across the bridge is approximately 10 minutes and is under surveillance by authorities from both sides.
For longer procedures, does the clinic assist with lodging and other activities?
We offer the option to include transportation and hotel accommodations at an excellent cost, or you can create your own itinerary for your visit.
What is the duration of the most common procedures?
Most procedures take around three days, and appointments can be scheduled Monday through Saturday.
What are the expected recovery times?
In most cases, patients can return home the same day after their treatment. In some cases, a 24-hour waiting period may be necessary, but this will be communicated from the very beginning (e.g., Sinus-lift).
Do you accept American medical insurance?
Yes, we do. Please provide your insurance information so we can confirm coverage.
What kind of technology do you use?
We use state-of-the-art technology. All of our work is digitally captured using a scanner for optimal precision.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your procedures?
We stand by our work and offer a warranty. The terms of the warranty vary depending on the specific procedure.
